Kaizer Chiefs have just eight league games left in a disappointing DStv Premiership season.
Amakhosi’s season gets progressively worse.
The Glamour Boys are seventh in the table with 30 points after 22 matches. They suffered their eighth defeat of the season last night against Stellenbosch, leaving them trailing in the race for a top-eight finish and a spot in next season’s MTN8. TS Galaxy has two games in hand on the Chiefs and is only three points behind them, while a win in their own game in hand would also propel Golden Arrows ahead of Cavin Johnson’s men. Even tenth-placed Polokwane can surpass them with a win in their game in hand.

MOKWANA DISCUSSES CHIEFS’ RUMOURS.
When asked about the rumours linking him to the Chiefs and Pirates, Mokwana said, “I don’t know anything about it because my agent hasn’t said anything.”
So, I don’t know anything. All I care about right now is Sekhukhune, and we’ll see what happens next.
“It has always been my dream to play abroad.”
“I believe I have improved significantly since my first season in the PSL, and the coaches have supported me. Telling me what to do, and even the senior players have been helping me. So it’s only benefiting me,” he explained when asked about his progress as a DStv Premiership player.
Mokwana is now a full-fledged international for Bafana Bafana, having played in recent friendlies against Andorra and Algeria. He also assisted on Sekhukhune’s winning goal against Orlando Pirates in midweek.
